Future Astronaut Training Path: This course helps students establish a strong fitness foundation, setting them on the path to meet the physical demands of astronaut training as they mature. Course Content

Week 1-2: Warm-Up and Cool-Down Techniques

Week 3-4: Running and Endurance Building
