Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Future Aerospace Engineering Ltd Space Cadet Program Platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Platform as a instructor (“Instructor”) providing courses to children aged 5 to 18 (“Students”).

2. Instructor Responsibilities

As an Instructor on the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, high-quality educational content suitable for children within the specified age range.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Obtain necessary permissions from parents/guardians for students under 18.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety and education.
  • Respond promptly to student inquiries and provide adequate support.

3. Course Creation and Content

  • Instructors are solely responsible for the content they create and upload onto the Platform.
  • Content must be age-appropriate, educational, and aligned with the outlined learning objectives.
  • Instructors must avoid any material that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate for minors.

4. Student Engagement and Safety

  • Instructors must prioritize the safety and well-being of students.
  • All communication with students must be professional and conducted through the Platform’s provided channels.
  • Any concerns regarding a student’s safety or well-being must be reported to the Platform immediately.

5. Parental/Guardian Consent

  • For students under 18, Instructors must ensure they have obtained appropriate parental/guardian consent before providing services or interacting with the student.
  • Parental/guardian involvement may be required for certain activities or permissions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Instructors retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to the content they create.
  • By uploading content, Instructors grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute the content for Platform-related purposes.

7. Payments and Refunds

  • Instructors will receive compensation as per the Platform’s payment policies.
  • Refund policies for students should be clearly outlined and adhered to by the Instructor.

8. Termination

  • The Platform reserves the right to terminate an Instructor’s account if they violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any inappropriate behaviour.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of Instructors’ content.
  • In no event shall the Platform be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Instructors will be notified of any changes.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By using the Platform as an Instructor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
