Daresbury Laboratory

Last week we were on the road, visiting the Daresbury laboratory, enjoying the North West Space Cluster and lunch.

There were some fantastic individuals representing their business’s, Ray Stott co-founder of Space Specialists who provide specialised services such as recruitment, training, events and consultancy within the space sector. George Titley from Light Coatings Ltd, who are performing some interesting research work, consultancy and coating services not to forget consultancy work. Stuart Cordingley who is a R&D tax relief specialist and provides consultancy and many other individuals representing their company and areas of expertise, but all very interesting and a privilege to meet to name just a few.

The North West Space Cluster was a really engaging event, great to network with new and exciting companies, the road map they are outlining will prove to be a massive benefit to the North West economy and in turn the whole UK economy.

It will be fantastic to be part of the North West Space cluster and I for one am looking forward to the future.
